OUR POLICIE

 ⁠A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for any appointment changes or cancellations.
•⁠  ⁠No-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service amount.
•⁠  ⁠Any service over $100 requires a non-refundable $50 deposit at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied toward your service total.
•⁠  ⁠Deposits are non-refundable and are forfeited for late cancellations or no-shows.

 

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Appointments are 15 minutes long, and late arrivals affect the next client.
•⁠  ⁠Clients arriving 5 minutes late may have their service shortened.
•⁠  ⁠Clients arriving 10+ minutes late may need to be rescheduled and will be treated as a no-show, with full service charges applied.
